Attorney Andrew Kinstler Joins Pacific ADR Consulting, LLC
Attorney Andrew Kinstler has joined Pacific ADR Consulting, LLC as a panel member. Andrew Kinstler is a member of the Seattle-based law firm Helsell Fetterman. From 1998 to 2001, he served as Helsell Fetterman’s managing partner. Andrew’s specific practice areas include Commercial Disputes, Employment and Labor, Personal Injury and Trials and Appeals.

Andrew Kinstler has extensive experience in civil trial practice, including commercial litigation, employment litigation and personal injury litigation, both on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants. Andrew has successfully tried cases in front of juries in courts throughout the Pacific Northwest, and has represented clients in appeals heard by the Washington Court of Appeals, the Washington Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition, Andrew has been elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates, also serving this year as an elected National Board Representative for the Washington State Chapter, and has been named a “Super Lawyer” by Washington Law & Politics Magazine every year since 2003. He is rated “pre-eminent” by Martindale Hubbell.
