Attorney Roger Hillman Joins Pacific ADR as a Panel Member

Attorney Roger Hillman has recently joined Pacific ADR Consulting, LLC as
a panel member. After spending ten years as Senior Vice President of
Claims for three national insurance carriers, he resumed his litigation
practice in the Northwest.

For over twenty-five years, Roger Hillman has concentrated his practice on
health care and insurance matters, while also handling commercial
disputes. In the health care arena, he has handled professional liability
matters for a wide variety of providers: physicians, hospitals,
psychologists, chiropractors, naturopaths and acupuncturists. He has also
resolved numerous disputes involving provider credentialing, Medicare and
Medicaid audits, medical devices and employment. His insurance background
gives him a unique perspective, enabling him to resolve complex coverage
matters, both for insurers and insureds, without the need for litigation.

Over the years, Roger has successfully participated as an advocate in
numerous mediations, both as a Plaintiff and as a Defendant. While calling
on his extensive litigation background, Roger is keenly aware of the vital
role interpersonal dynamics play in a successful mediation.

Pacific ADR panelists have a reputation for being focused and present for
their clientele. They are thoroughly prepared and well-versed in the facts
surrounding the dispute. They are committed to seeking creative solutions
by providing personalized attention and maintaining privacy.

Pacific ADR provides value to its clientele by helping them find a
solution that avoids an uncertain outcome directly related to the high
cost of litigation. Litigation has other costs aside from financial.
Litigation can harm a business or an individual’s brand and reputation,
which has long-term consequences. Mediation is a private solution that
circumvents public scrutiny and the disclosure of information about a
company or individual that is best kept confidential.
